of each session. Sessions can have work books and work based
assignments attached, www study links, case studies, videos,
audio tapes etc in support of blended learning and distant
learning methods.
Session progression can be at user
descretion or controlled by the tutor depending on the use of blended learning
methods, need for group discipline or assessment of learning elements to ensure
compliance with regulatory bodies.
Individual and group online training activity, status
and results are recorded and are visible to HRD East
Africa training group controllers and external verifiers.
