training services and HRD solutions. Clients can select
products from the following system functions:
1. Surveys - a portfolio of 8 generic surveys covering
all key facets of an organisation - alternatively the system
can host customised surveys linked to specific customised
Business Groups. These provide useful TNA diagnostics &
helps to determine the organisations state of readiness for
change and development.
2. 360 Assessment - provides self-appraisal, with
optional peer feedback and optional 3rd party input linked
to goal setting and action planning. Selective assessment
of 80 generic specialist or customised competencies provides

allows users to take subject related knowledge tests to present
results and/or drive their online training programmes. See

A portfolio of 13 linear online training programmes cover
the above competencies. Each programme comes with multiple
knowledge tests, goal setting and action planning, Power Point
presentations and training courses provide between 50 and
100 CPD hours per programme.
4. Learning Resource Library - Contains 400+ Business,
Management and Personal Skills online training courses for
the student with ad-hoc research needs - each course has underpinning
knowledge, www study links, a notepad, self studies and content
quiz resulting in the award of CPD hours. See Resource

The Library is structured into faculties and is supported
by a key word search facility and provides the underpinning
knowledge for:
5. Eprogrammes - structured, time based, instructions
automatically emailed (push learning technology),
with optional blended learning covering coaching, action planning,
work based assignments, knowledge verification, integrated

LMS facilities to enable authorised group controllers (line
and training managers) to monitor student online training

Reporting - The system is equipped with online training
records and management reporting of learning activity, results
and Continuous Professional Development records. All reports
can be downloaded in CSV format.
Customisable - everything is customisable
- site banners, editorials, catalogues, faculties, subjects,
ebriefings, eprogrammes, TestEds, knowledge test question
banks, roles/competencies, billing and business groups, (see
customisation section).

what generic or customised learning programme is created ALL
users have free access to this most useful facility.
Push learning technology -
with optional email integrated within our online training
courses and programmes the system can manage the entire educational
process automatically for the tutor. Removing delivery issues
allows the tutor to concentrate on the content its application
within work, the measurement of learning impact and personalised
student support.
Verification - Online training
courses contain quizzes for CPD hour generation. Our
online training eprogrammes can include knowledge
verification and compliance testing - and
can be integrated with blended
learning methods and tutor support services.
